Welcome! It’s great to connect and I’m excited to share my resources for overcoming perfectionism with you.

I consider myself a recovering perfectionist. Growing up, I often felt inadequate and like something was wrong with me. I tried to prove my worth by being a perfect kid–getting straight As and never getting in trouble or making mistakes.

I was stressed, always pushing myself to do more. I criticized myself relentlessly and no matter how much I accomplished, it was never enough.

I’ve learned to tone down my perfectionist tendencies and be more self-accepting. And now, I’m thrilled to share what I’ve learned from my own healing journey and 20 years of helping others as a psychotherapist.
